Welcome to
Somavara Global Meditation
Preparatory Instructions
Before beginning, prepare your space.
If you don’t have access to a meditation center, do the program in a dedicated space in your home.
Make sure it’s an intimate space where you can be without external interruptions.
Prepare the space by thoroughly cleaning it and try to cleanse it spiritually as well with copal or sage incense.
Altar Preparation
Set up a dedicated altar where you can offer the following to the Divine:
* Sacred image of Guruamma Sankalpa (If you don’t have Her image, simply dedicate your altar to Her Presence)
* Fresh flowers
* White candle or ghee candle (clarified butter)
* Glass of water
* Incense
Arati Tray Preparation
Prepare a tray to offer Arati and to offer elements that represent divine virtues you wish to offer to the Most Sacred.
You will need:
* A silver or gold metal tray, or a plain white plate that you only use for this purpose
* A small container with a Jyoti, which is a ghee candle
* Fresh flowers
* A small container with rice and a pinch of turmeric
Place these items on the tray, making sure they don’t move around during the practice.
You can secure them to the tray with a little tape.
When it is time to offer the Arati, light the candle on your tray and stand in front of your altar.
During the chant, wave the tray in a large circle, rotating clockwise.
Keep your gaze fixed on the Guru’s eyes.
When finished, return the tray to your altar.

Each audio shared within this program is meant to be practiced every Monday for a full Vedic lunar cycle,
beginning around the New Moon (approximately one month).
This rhythm honors the ancient structure of gradual absorption,
allowing the teachings to enter your consciousness, reshape inner patterns, and support genuine spiritual transformation
through consistency, surrender, and devotion.
With the hall ready, at 7 pm in your local area, press play and start the meditation program.
May every Monday become a sacred doorway to your inner Light,
honoring Guru, lineage, practice, and the evolution of your soul.
