The Moon is directly related to the mind, since, just as it exerts its power over the tides, it also exerts its total influence over the waters of our human mind.

Mind is the great mystery of human life.

A person who has truly understood the mind and has it under his control, lives completely blissfully.

The Mind must be constantly cleansed.

Only through Meditation, the Mind is constantly Purified.

That is why, for more than two decades, on the path of Quanttattvam, we have dedicated Monday to immersing the mind in Meditation.
